1. Rental Payments
All equipment rental payments are non-refundable once the equipment has been delivered, picked up, or placed on hold for a scheduled rental date.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

Cancellations made before 24 hours may receive a credit toward a future rental.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Equipment Issues
If equipment experiences mechanical failure not caused by the customer, please contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or offer rental credit depending on the situation.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable once equipment has been dispatched.
